Sleepcatcher hammocks are made from excellent material. They are created to last. But their lifespan is still dependent on it's owner. If the product is damaged due to flawed construction or is worn out by ordinary use, Sleepcatcher will repair or replace the item. Since hammocks are used in outdoor activities, damage from fire, glass, thorns, extreme weather and wear & tear are commonplace. The decision to exchange the item will be left to the vendor. If the item looks suspiciously tampered with, obviously misused or carelessly treated, said items may be returned to you without repair or replacement. Any such judgments can be discussed directly with Sleepcatcher.
